Thank you for choosing FatBurnAI’s digital services. This policy explains how your AI-Custom Workout Plans, AI-Custom Diet Plans, AI Coach (50 chat credits), and Exclusive Guide for Sustained Progress are delivered and supported.
1. Instant Delivery
- No Physical Shipping: All products listed above are delivered digitally—there is no shipping of physical items.
- Access Upon Payment:
- Immediately after successful payment, you will receive an email (to the address used at checkout) containing:
- A secure link to download or access your AI-Custom Workout Plan and AI-Custom Diet Plan.
- Your AI Coach account activation details and 50 chat credits.
- Instructions for accessing the Exclusive Guide for Sustained Progress.
2. Payment Confirmation
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Receipt & Invoice: A digital invoice will be sent to your email right after payment.
- Failed or Pending Payments: If payment does not complete successfully, you will receive an error notification. Please retry the transaction or contact support (see Section 4).
3. Account Setup & Content Access

- Your AI-Custom Workout and Diet Plans reside in your FatBurnAI account dashboard.
- Log in using the credentials provided in the confirmation email.
- Follow the “My Plans” link to view or download your personalized PDFs or access your plan in the web app.

AI Coach (50 Chat Credits)
- An AI Coach account is created automatically under the email you provided.
- Use the temporary password from the email to log in, then change it at first sign-in.
- You’ll see a “Chat with AI Coach” button—each session consumes one credit. You have 50 credits total.

Exclusive Guide for Sustained Progress
- The guide is available as a PDF in your dashboard under “Resources.”
- Click “Download Guide” to save it for offline reading or view it directly in your browser.
4. Error Resolution & Support
- Immediate Issues: If you do not receive the confirmation email or are unable to access any digital product within 30 minutes of payment, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder for [email protected].
- If you still cannot locate the email or access your content, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Support Response Time:
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours.
- Our team aims to resolve most access issues within 24 hours.
- Re-delivery:
- Once your payment is verified, we will manually resend or regenerate all digital access links at no extra cost.
- If there is any problem with file integrity (e.g., corrupted PDF), we will replace it promptly.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Non-Refundable Policy: Because all products are delivered instantly and are downloadable digital files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after you have successfully accessed the content.
- Exceptions: If our system malfunctions and we cannot restore your access within 3 business days, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Updating Your Products
- Plan Revisions: If you purchased a plan and later want to request minor updates (e.g., adjusting macros for diet plans or modifying workout intensity), you may submit one update request within 7 days of delivery at no additional charge. Email [email protected] with “Plan Revision” in the subject line.
- Coach Credits: Chat credits expire 90 days after purchase. We do not replace expired credits.
